All payments made to Unifames Digital Advertising Agency are final. We do not issue refunds for any service, for any reason, at any stage of a project.
Our services including social media marketing, website design, graphic design, video editing, email marketing, and Google Ads management involve strategy, creative work, time, and resources that are committed from the moment a project begins.
Strategic planning, creative concepts, and campaign structures are custom-built for your business and cannot be Creturned. Team time, tools, and, where applicable, advertising spend or third-party licensing costs are often committed early in a project. Marketing and advertising outcomes also depend on many factors beyond our control including market conditions, competition, and your own business decisions so results are never guaranteed and cannot be a basis for a refund.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
For ongoing or retainer-based services, payments already made for a billing period are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel partway through that period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Because all payments are final, we encourage you to ask questions, review proposals carefully, and confirm scope, deliverables, and expectations with our team before making payment or starting a project.
